What impressed me the most was Jays honesty and integrity. A trait often absent in realtors. If looking to buy or sell again I would have no hesitation in recommending Jay Talbot.

We have no hesitations recommending Jay Talbot to anyone wanting to buy or sell property in the area and we wish him all the best for the future. Jay, it is really hard to capture in words how grateful I am and if anyone ever wants a verbal recommendation don’t hesitate suggesting they talk to me. You and the team are simply better!

If someone is wanting an honest, straight down the line, hard working real estate agent, there is no better person to call than Jay Talbot at Talbot Partners. From the beginning to the end of the sale of my property he delivered everything he said he would do and more. He is diligent, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I have dealt twice now with him over sales of property and wouldn't hesitate to use him again. In fact, I'd only ever use him! He makes the whole drama and upheaval of selling/buying/moving easy and keeps a sense of humour! A rare gem in the field of agents who are simply looking to make a quick sale and get their commission.

"We first met Jay when we were purchasing our home in Yarramalong. He was the selling agent and there was just something about him that we liked. He was straight forward and down to earth. He kept in contact and followed through on everything. If we were to ever sell our home, we wouldn't hesitate to appoint him as our agent."

The selling of our house was always going to be a difficult task due to our situation. Jay always showed the upmost honesty and extreme patience with all of us from start to end. Even when we thought about giving up, Jay prevailed. He was always truthful and honest to the very end and ultimately got a result better then we could expect. I would strongly recommend Jay anytime when someone is looking to buy or sell a properly. I cannot be more thankful and appreciative of the extra work Jay put in for us when he didn’t have to.
